Generally, two to three weeks’ notice for most orders. However, it really depends on the number of servings and level of detail that is required. For example, an order that requires more detail like intricate sculpting work, fondant, or faux tiers takes more time. Likewise with an order that feeds 30 people versus 500 people, the larger the project the more time it will take. However, it never hurts to call and ask!
Generally, a 3–6-month lead time for wedding cakes is sufficient with the exceptions of peek wedding months, May, June, July, September, and November. Please call even if the time is close to your wedding date, Tammy may be able to accommodate your order.
